I was worried and was unsure if our old furnace would require immediate replacement or costly repairs. I phoned and spoke to Doug and explained that I would like to have our furnace inspected prior to the upcoming cold winter months. Doug was very accommodating and came out he same day. He was friendly, professional and even gave us some suggestions to ensure the furnace would stay working. Even though our furnace is old he made us feel comfortable that it is in good working condition and would not require any repairs. I would recommend Doug to anyone requiring assistance!
